Curious Engineers and Computational Thinkers

We are interested in people who combine technical depth with intellectual curiosity. Relevant backgrounds may include mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, aerospace engineering, applied mathematics, computational science, physics, computer science, or related disciplines.

Fit matters more than a single credential. We look for people who can think carefully, communicate clearly, and contribute to technically demanding work with judgment and curiosity.

  1. Strong Fundamentals

    Comfort with governing physics, conservation laws, dimensional reasoning, and engineering assumptions.

  2. Computational Depth

    Experience with CFD, heat transfer, transport phenomena, reaction engineering, numerical methods, or scientific computing.

  3. Clear Communication

    Ability to explain assumptions, uncertainty, limitations, and results without hiding behind software.

  4. Independent Judgment

    Confidence to question models, methods, data, and conclusions while remaining open to evidence.

  5. Scientific Curiosity

    Interest in new computational and AI-assisted methods without losing physical rigor.
